Shirley Parsons are delighted to exclusively partner with a renowned property management organisation who are hiring a Health, Safety and Fire Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and work in iconic locations. The successful Health, Safety and Fire Manager will line manage a Health and Safety Advisor and report into a Head of. This position can be based in either London or Berkshire and will involve occasional travel to other locations. There is also flexibility to work from home one day a week.

The Health, Safety and Fire Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing health and safety policies and procedures in line with legislation
  • Managing, motivating and developing a Health and Safety Advisor
  • Acting as Principal Designer on small to medium sized projects
  • Supporting the Head of Health, Safety and Fire further develop a positive culture throughout the organisation



The Health, Safety and Fire Manager will have:

  • A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent level qualification in Health and Safety; ideally CMIOSH
  • Strong working knowledge of building and fire safety regulation
  • Ideally held line management responsibilities previously
  • The ability to work at a strategic level whilst retaining hands on responsibilities
