Role: Heavy Lift Manager
Location: Studley, Warwickshire

My Client, a complete solutions provider of heavy lift services for the UK's energy sectors and heavy industries are recruiting a Heavy Lift Manager.

Job Role:

• Day to day leadership and ownership of the Heavy Lift Team that own full life cycle of Heavy Lift Projects from Client Briefing, Pricing, project plans and the delivery/implementation of the solution.
• Liaising with customers on a technical basis to enable support and preparation of quotations in line with the customers enquiry
• Develop long-term working partnerships with main OEM customers
• Develop method statements and risk assessments for bespoke operations
• LiaisE with all departments on a daily/weekly time scale

Experience:

• Significant experience working in within Heavy plant removal and installation
• Ideally have been involved in large mechanical/hydraulic press dismantling and installing
• Posses knowledge /experience in the use of gantry jacks, versa lifts and other lifting equipment.
• Experience of running a team of fitter riggers and transport knowledge.
• Commercially astute so as to enable a smooth flow from start to finish
• A systematic approach to problem resolution and demonstrate ability to work effectively with and assist others in the team
• Project Management Skills
• Experience with Machine Moving, Machine Relocation, Machine Bumping, Machine refurbishments
