HR Advisor

Temporary requirement to start asap for 3 months.

Location: Portsmouth

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Salary: £39,000 to £39,600 per annum (pro rata)

Dynamite Recruitment is recruiting for a HR Advisor based in Portsmouth.

This is temporary full-time role working 37 hours per week for 3 months.

As a HR Advisor, you ll be responsible for delivering an excellent HR service to the business providing advice and support on all areas of employee relations.

• Support managers within the business on areas of employee relations.
• Manage and maintain the D&I action plan.
• Assist with project work within the HR team.
• Advise on sickness cases ensuring procedure is followed.
• Deliver training sessions with managers.
• Ensure policies and procedures are pushed out company wide.
• Play a key role in the delivery of the D&I objectives.

Requirements:

• CIPD Level 5 as a minimum
• Will be available asap and happy to support on a temporary basis.
• Experience within a HR advisory role.
• Exposure to delivering diversity and inclusion objectives.
• High levels of IT including knowledge of HR/Payroll systems.
• Previous experience of managing complex employee relations cases.
• A strong understanding of employment legislation
