Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Mayfair, London, Full Time in Office
Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract, 6 months
Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the operations manager.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate training and development programmes.
Assist in organising employee events and activities.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Support with recruitment - supporting on cv applications, arranging interviews.
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of HR best practises and legislation
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
HR certification or relevant degree
Experience with HRIS systems
Understanding of employment law and regulations
Technologies: MS Office Suite, HRIS systems, PeopleSoft
