The role

• Covering 102 sites across Scotland and the North of England.
• Based out of Glasgow, but with travel, up to Shetland in the North and down to Leeds/ Hull in the South.
• Working extremely closely with the MD for the region.
• Very much a strategic role concentrating on areas such as diversity & inclusion, talent identification and attraction, and change management.
• Working with the wider HR Team on various projects on a national basis.
• Mon to Fri - manage your own diary.

What you need

• Experience in a senior HR role within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Must have strategic experience.
• Experience of change management, diversity & inclusions, and talent identification.
• Must be IT Savvy, and ideally experience of using Workday.
• MCIPD.
• Ideally ILM level 5 or similar.
