BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a temporary HR Officer to join their client based in Cramlington for a period of 12 months.
This is the ideal opportunity for an immediately available HR Officer or HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge.

Your Responsibilities include:

• Supporting with and advising on recruitment, participating in the selection process and ensuring employment checks are conducted.
• Managing employee induction programmes.
• Provide advice, direction and coaching to line management to ensure that policies and procedures are applied accurately and fairly across the organisation.
• Support with ER issues
• Manage absence levels, monitoring for trends and providing statistics on problem areas to the HR Director.
• Support with community events.
• Support with strategic HR projects.

You will need:

• Experience supporting and coaching line managers.
• Experience of managing ER cases.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• CIPD qualified is desirable
