PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a HSEQ Manager in Kent to work for an established civil engineering business.

Our client has an excellent order book for 2025 and aiming to add a HSEQ Manager to their already experience team.

Project can range from 2m to 25m and will involve working on project for developers, local authorities and national highways.

Core responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all health and safety standards are always met and adhered to
• Advise and support teams on required compliance and documentation
• Regular inspections of all sites
• Promote behavioural skills
• Reports on investigations, conclusions and recommendations
• Increase safety across all projects
• Conduct audits
• Proficient in using relevant software tools for data analysis, reporting, and presentation

Essential Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:

• NEBOSH General certificate.
• Member of professional body such as IOSH (desirable but not essential).
• Accident Investigator Qualification (NEBOSH HSE, RoSPA etc) or Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in accident investigation
• In-depth knowledge of HSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.

This is a permanent position offering between 65,000- 75,000 per annum plus package (including company vehicle).
