Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Manager to oversee and manage the seamless integration of our white-labelled ATS for our partners. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our technology team and partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, API integrations, and ongoing support. You will drive technical execution, collaborate with stakeholders, and optimise integration processes to deliver best-in-class hiring experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Management: Oversee and coordinate the integration of our white-label ATS into partner platforms, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Technical Liaison: Work closely with partners, internal engineering teams, and product teams to define integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with partner needs.
- API & System Configuration: Assist in configuring and optimising ATS functionality based on partner requirements, including API connections, data mapping, and workflow automation.
- Partner Enablement: Provide guidance and technical support to partners throughout the integration life cycle, including onboarding, testing, and go-live phases.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance integration methodologies, documentation, and best practices to improve efficiency and partner satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the primary escalation point for integration-related challenges, working proactively to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in integration management, technical project management, or a similar role within SaaS, HR Tech, or ATS-related products.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations in SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, HR tech tools, or recruitment software is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and webhooks.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success.
