The Cateogry Manager will ensure the successful delivery of all procurement activity required across a couple of high profile projects using competitive dialogue in accordance with internal processes and compliant with OJEU/PCR 2015 regulations
Experience Required:
Interim procurement experience within the public sector PCR 2015 REGS
Passionate and driven, ability to self-manage their workload
Proven track record of leading complex procurement for services inc. IT/tech
Experience of Supplier relationship management
Managing stakeholders
