We are working with an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim Programme Manager to support a high profile Public Health Nursing Programme.
This role is based in the South East with hybrid working and an expectation the successful candidate can be on site 2 days a week.
The role will be via the CCS NMNC RM6277 framework and will be renumerated at Band 8b/8c under the NHS Agency Caps.
The organisation are looking for someone who can both interview and start ASAP.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for delivery of the Programmes of work and ensure the agreed targets are achieved;
- Presenting complex reports to the various committees and senior colleagues, including Project Initation Documents, Integrated Impact Assessment and Business Cases;
- Ensure project documentation is up to date including maintaining programme risk and issue logs and ensuring mitigations are in place and escalated in line with the Trust s risk management policy. Deliver high quality auditable Project documentation throughout the programme lifecycle;
- Support the development, coordination and implementation of any standard work procedures aligned to the Programme;
- Responsible for representation at Project Meetings linked to the programme and provide high-calibre project management into project group meetings as well as acting as a core contact for divisional and workstream leads, to advise on all matters related to the Programme;
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders and maintain constant engagement and momentum to ensure the rigor of the process is observed.
- Educated to MA Degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level;
- NHS experience;
- Plenty of project and programme expertise;
- Experience writing JD s and SOPS; criteria assessing and project/programme governance;
- Prince 2 would be advantageous as would any project methodology.
