This interim role offers a competitive daily rate ranging from 450 to 750 and is outside IR35. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget to meet the needs of the organisation.
Role Profile: As the Interim Hard FM Senior Project Manager / Director, you will lead multiple estates projects from inception to completion within a further education setting. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Your leadership will be critical in coordinating all aspects of the project while effectively managing multiple priorities within the educational environment.
