Internal Site Manager - Residential Scheme - East London

We are seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager for an immediate start on a large residential scheme in East London. This development involves the construction of 150+ new homes (studios, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments)
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale and high-end residential projects, with a focus on maintaining standards of safety, quality, and project delivery.

• Oversee Site Operations: Manage daily construction activities from 1st fix to compeltion.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations with regular site inspections.
• Strong Internal background - either internal trade or at least 5 years experience managing internal packages on residential schemes.
• QA: Monitor construction quality, addressing defects promptly.
• Site Management: Supervise subcontractors and site workers, ensuring effective coordination.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: Provide regular updates on project progress and issues.
• Solve On-Site Issues: Identify and resolve problems quickly to keep the project on track.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and labour.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of site activities and reports (FieldView experience is essential).
• Ensure Code Compliance: Adhere to building codes and regulations specific to high-rise construction.

Qualifications required SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid.
