Consulting as an IT Service Manager, you will be leading agile teams to provide first-class support for a number of critical digital applications and services that will see you involved with overseeing the end-to-end support and improvement of cloud-native applications and services, prioritising the whole client experience throughout the project life cycle, ensuring SLAs are accomplished and standards are the best they can be at all times.
Act as a focal point for clients, using a confident and transparent approach to build effective relationships. Handle high-priority incidents, enforce processes, collaborate with Delivery Managers, and provide hands-on leadership for service delivery and 'one team' DevOps culture.
N.B. Candidates will have or be willing to undergo a basic level of Security Clearance once established in your role.
