The treasury and tax office provides the financial foundation for one of Germany's largest cities. The "IT Finance Administration and Support" department administers and supports the entire IT system landscape in the City of Frankfurt am Main's finance department. It directly supports around 500 workstations in the area of finance and provides and administers the IT system landscape for the areas of budget planning and financial services, purchasing and procurement management products as well as tax matters and enforcement and around 20 other specialist procedures, many of which are city-wide.

Deputy:n Head of IT Finance, Administration and Support (f/m/d) Full-time, part-timeEGr. 11 TVöD Your tasks include:
- Top-level processing in network and server administration as well as the operation of hardware, software and specialist applications, in particular city-wide processes such as SAP, purchasing platform, procurement manager, xFlow or haushalt online
- Top-level processing in the provision, setup and maintenance of technical workstations in the entire support area
- Support in planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling the technical system landscape of the support area and also the city-wide procedures
- Collaboration on basic tasks such as concept, guideline and documentation creation and maintenance
- Application and user support, assistance and administration for all hardware and software in use as well as standard applications, e.g. from the Office area
- Top-level processing in the implementation of the legal basis including municipal specifications and guidelines in the area of responsibility
- Collaboration and/or sub-project management as required
- Representation of the department head
- Completed university degree (Diplom (FH)/ Bachelor) in IT or completed training as an IT specialist with many years of professional experience
- Comprehensive technical knowledge in the field of IT
- Willingness for continuous further training
