My client is a leading Civil Engineering Main Contractor currently carrying out work on behalf of National Grid. They are in the market for a Stakeholder Manager (6-month minimum assignment) to effectively engage with the relevant parties in relation to a power cabling project in Suffolk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the engagement of affected landowners for both projects.
- Managing the land access consents for the various delivery phases on each project.
- Managing land(s) cost forecasts.
- Overseeing the process of property/compensation payments to the affected landowners & tenants.
- Assisting in delivering project milestones, achieving best practices and ensuring high safety standards.
