As a Lead Analyst on the Global Analytics team at Croud, you will be at the forefront of our client-centric mission, serving as the key point of contact for global insights clients across media effectiveness, analysis, and activation. Your role will encompass coordinating project deliverables with the team, providing technical and strategic support, and fostering strong client relationships. This includes managing client meetings, organising project plans, developing client presentations, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling analytics services.

Your expertise will be vital in distilling complex concepts into client-friendly narratives, applying analytical and statistical solutions to marketing challenges, and understanding core client issues. Additionally, you'll need a comprehensive understanding of marketing, media measurement, and data privacy regulations, as well as proficiency in communicating technical concepts and using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta.

The Lead Analyst plays a key role in expanding our Analytics engagements with clients by understanding their key challenges and needs and developing proposals for recommended data solutions. This requires a keen ability to distill complex and sometimes technical concepts into digestible stories for our clients. The person in this role will play a large role in upselling measurement and analytics solutions to existing and prospective clients.

Croud operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 3 days a week based in ourLondonoffice and the remaining days from home if you wish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate as the client lead for key analysis clients, managing meetings and deliverables
  • Coordinate deliverables within the analysis team and prioritize projects effectively
  • Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and develop innovative solutions and project plans
  • Create client presentations focusing on analysis and measurement frameworks, fostering discussions on measurement maturity
  • Cultivate client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities
PERSON SPECIFICATION
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of marketing and marketing analytics concepts
  • Familiarity with methods for measuring media effectiveness, directly and indirectly
  • Understanding of A/B and/or scientific testing and modeled measurement
  • Ability to articulate data analysis, reporting, and visualization concepts, as well as ad tagging
  • Proficiency in simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of testing methods (geo-split, A/B) and European data privacy regulations
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and ad platforms like Meta and Google Ads

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there's flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
