What you'll need to succeed
Preferably experience having managed the delivery of similar projects in the public sector- delivering, Depot options for a public sector organisation or similar sized projects, otherwise major projects of 20M+Experience of resident engagementGood programme management skills, including keeping documentation up to date, risk registers, briefings, business cases, cashflow/ budget monitoring etcExperience in regeneration/development through RIBA stages 0-7 and providing evidence for strategic decision-making about the use of assets.MRICs/CIOB/ RIBA/ Civil or Structural Engineering/ RTPI qualified and/ or substantial experience (10+ years)

Your new company
A public sector organisation in London is looking to recruit a Lead Project Manager for their Capital Works team to assist on a variety of different projects, at different phases. The organisation's offices are based in a very commutable location with excellent transport links for both buses and trains. The role itself is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home as and when needed.
