The Learning & Culture Operations team deliver an essential service to ensure the L&C Team provide an amazing service to Southern Housing, our partners, and our residents. The Learning and Culture Operations Manager role is crucial to drive our change agenda forward towards a mature learning organisation. To do this we need someone totally focussed on our processes, data, MI and daily operations.

This role will drive excellence and efficiency across the operations remit, enabling the L&C team to deliver best in class learning delivery across Southern Housing.

You'll create a cohesive, highly motivated, and energised team that will ensure learning & culture activity is accessible, effectively managed, measured and reportable. You'll create a team culture that embeds ownership & responsibility in all activity. The team will role model working as One Team to deliver effective and efficient processes that are customer centric.

You'll harness technology and seek out better ways of working to maximise efficiency and constantly innovate to provide an easy access and highly reliable service.

What you'll need

  • Experience of harnessing learning systems to deliver total blended learning solutions to users that supports a mature learning culture
  • Amazing organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
  • Total focus on delivering a customer centred service
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to create robust and accurate management information.
  • Great communication skills across a variety of media that engage the audience
  • Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Strong understanding of the complexity of the professional, statutory, legislative and compliance agenda and proven experience of operationalising this effectively
  • Strong people management experience, a commitment to delivering excellence through others and nurturing a collaborative one team working approach.
