Learning & Development Manager The Rewards

- Must have experience within hotels
- Must have experience with the use of Learning Management Systems
- Proactive and highly organised
- Operating and delivering in-house training programme including induction, compliance, health and safety, software induction, duty management etc.
- Design and prepare supporting materials for various courses
- Responsible for sourcing, booking and coordinating attendance of external training providers
- Supporting managers in developing department inductions
- Devising and implementing training plans for all levels of staff
- Supporting the HR team with projects and initiatives
- Maintaining records and reports relating to training
- Ensuring statutory qualifications are completed by relevant colleagues
- Expertise in building performance service cultures
- High levels of engagement with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service consistently
- Will carry out annual performance cycles in order to support managers
- Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to deal
- Able to support colleagues in delivering the highest levels of customer service
- Will be hands on, energetic and passionate in approach
