The Opportunity
We re working on behalf of a nationally recognised infrastructure contractor to source an experienced M&E Project Manager for long-term work across a major water framework in the Bristol/Bath region. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a variety of projects primarily in clean water and wastewater within a high-performing, collaborative delivery team.
You ll play a key role in the successful management and delivery of multiple medium-scale M&E schemes, with involvement in larger projects as needed. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technically complex environment and is looking to step up in responsibility and long-term career growth.

You ll play a key role in the successful management and delivery of multiple medium-scale M&E schemes, with involvement in larger projects as needed. What You ll Be Doing
- Leading M&E project delivery from design to handover
- Overseeing site teams and subcontractors to ensure works meet programme and budget
- Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams, clients, and the supply chain
- Maintaining a sharp focus on safety, quality, and compliance
- Supporting commercial evaluations and project reporting
- Driving continuous improvement across project teams
- A proven background in civil engineering or M&E project management
- HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant technical subject
- Main contractor experience on water or utilities frameworks (highly desirable)
- Solid commercial acumen and understanding of project finance and variations
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence essential
- Bonus: experience with biosolids projects
