I am recruiting for an Mac Support Analyst (2nd Line) to be based at award-winning Digital Marketing & Design company in Central London, with hybrid working.

This is a great opportunity for an internal IT engineer or an MSP Engineer to join an international IT team and work with colleagues at a variety of levels on highly technical projects and infrastructure support.

Overview of Role:

• You will be based in the London Office of an international Marketing & Design Agency, delivering exceptional IT Support
• Working on tickets and service requests, and being available at first hand to provide Mac & Windows Desktop Support
• You will be the main point of escalation for end users and key stakeholders via Teams, Email, Phone and Face2Face
• You will liaise with 3rd Party Suppliers and assist the office in negotiating new IT Contracts

Key Skills Required:

• Provide outstanding customer & client service experience
• Excellent Communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Knowledge and understanding of best practice frameworks for the delivery of IT systems

Technical Requirements:

• Mac OS Desktop Support
• JAMF or Apple Business Manager Experience
• Windows 10 Operating Systems Support
• OKTA Administration
• Windows Server Administration
• Azure or AWS
• Windows Remote Desktop Services
• Extra bonus if you have experience with Jira
