Position: Maintenance/Site Supervisor

Contract: Full time, permanent Monday to Friday

Salary: £25979 - £28770/annum

Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging career in the education sector? Do you have experience in site maintenance? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Maintenance Site Supervisor role with our client in Bristol.

We are looking for a competent and reliable Maintenance Site Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance and repair work of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of our buildings and systems, as well as managing and training a team of maintenance technicians.

You'll supervise a skilled team to carry out maintenance and general repairs, together, you'll fix problems and keep school grounds neat and tidy. You'll make sure the school meets Health & Safety regulations, undertake safety inspections and keep up to date with any issues. As Supervisor, you'll liaise with the Regional Property Manager and support the Head Teacher at the school.

Opening early 2024, this new school will be a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs but also providing for children with autism who have moderate learning needs. The school will provide education for up to 50 children aged 8 to 16.

  • Have experience managing a site
  • Maintenance skills either professionally or as a DIY enthusiast
  • Support a team of maintenance workers and contractors

  • Be willing to start the day early (8am)
