Marketing Co-ordinator

A medium-sized property and construction consultancy based near Borough Market is urgently seeking a bright and organised individual to coordinate its Marketing activity.

This is a part-time role, 3-days per week in the office, with some flexibility around working hours and, in the future, remote working. There will also be scope for the role to eventually become full-time.

The role will suit somebody with traditional (printed materials, events) and digital marketing (socials, web) experience.

The role of Marketing Co-ordinator:

The successful Marketing Co-ordinator will support the in-house Bid Manager in the design of a range of marketing collateral intended to win the company new contracts. This typically includes digital and printed materials using InDesign and Adobe software.

The role also covers managing the company website (currently WordPress), social media channels (primarily LinkedIn with room to expand) and other ad hoc marketing and related administrative duties.

The Marketing Co-ordinator:

The successful Marketing Co-ordinator will have previous experience in an in-house marketing delivery role. Strategic and management experience is not essential but will be advantageous.

The role suits an all-rounder who is happy to cover an array of marketing and administration responsibilities, both planned and ad hoc.

Previous experience or knowledge of the construction sector would be a notable plus, especially regarding chartered surveying and project management practices.

• At least 2 years in-house marketing experience
• Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Management and maintenance of digital content on websites and socials
• Creative, detail-oriented, highly organised
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail
• Confident communicator, able to engage effectively at all levels
