What you ll be doing
Co-ordinate and prioritise marketing briefs from across the business, ensuring objectives are clear and delivery dates are achievable.
Liaise with the key stakeholder/authors of the brief to challenge and change it if required, and to source further information required to enable the team to successfully fulfil it.
Provide advice to stakeholders on timescales and associated costs.
Ensure production is to schedule and budget, and that key stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
Seek ways to continuously improve the quality of assets and collateral created.
Manage the production of assets for the monthly billing cycle.
Support major projects within the organisation by managing the relevant requirements within the marketing team.
Management of the delivery of all sales assets, collateral and printed customer materials through sign off to live.
Responsible for ensuring that the key messages included within marketing assets are accurate, within the brand guidelines and fall within legal and advertising standards.
Monitor and report on the marketing team budget and spend.
Responsible for sourcing print and production quotes and stock control with our two contracted suppliers to ensure SLAs are adhered to.
Coach and develop direct report, improving their individual capability in line with business KPIs. Success Measures (What success in the role looks like)
Briefs delivered on time and within budget.
All marketing assets and collateral developed ready for campaign launches.
Value propositions and key messaging flow through all marketing activities, channels and materials.
Positive team engagement measure.Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role)
Working within a similar role, involving account management or co-ordination.
Basic project management experience.
Working within a Marketing team, desirable.
Design, print or production knowledge and experience, desirable.
Evidence of consistently achieving deadlines. Qualifications and other requirements
Experience within the telecoms, utilities or financial services industry, desirable.
CIM or similar marketing qualification, desirable.
