An exciting role based in NW london with a highly apprciated council has arose.

• Responsible for the proper and efficent maintenance of installations, plant and equipment across the housing stock
• Cover other areas of compliance, inclding lifts, legionella and fire.
• Take budget control for the the capital projects.
• Implemation, of building repairs, vois, gas and M&E Compliance

This will be a great venture for your career, you wil be contrubuting to there 30 year business plan, and be a sustainable asset to their team.
