At Gama Aviation, we have an fantastic opportunity for talented Mechanics to support an exciting project based in the Lincoln area. You will be joining our team of experts working on a line of twin-turboprop Aircraft, carrying out scheduled inspections, defect rectification, repairs and modifications on the aircraft.
To be considered for this position, you will have extensive experience within a Base environment completing maintenance on Beechcraft King Air aircraft. Due to the nature of the position, you must be flexible and able to travel at short notice to other customer or Gama Aviation sites within the UK and Overseas. The successful candidate will join a long established and respected forward-thinking company that has a proven pedigree in career development within the organisation, whereby you can gain valuable experience and work towards gaining your Aircraft Engineers Licence.

/ Responsibilities:
Carry out assigned maintenance, repairs, and modification of aircraft and associated system as allocated
Clearly record on worksheets details of the tasks completed, accurately reflecting the works performed with time booking
When not assigned aircraft, fully utilise available time productively to support the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility, and personal development for career growth
Comply with all procedures detailed within the GAEL Maintenance Organisation Exposition
Comply with all company health and safety policies, procedures and COSHH requirements
Comply with all procedures listed in the current Staff Company Handbook
To have or to be able to obtain SC Clearance
Medically fit to pass a company doctor's examination
Flexible and able to travel to work at other customer or Gama sites within the UK and overseas
/ Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:
Extensive experience within a base environment completing maintenance on Beechcraft King Air aircraft (ideally B200/300)
Completed a City and Guilds or diploma equivalent in aircraft engineering or relevant technical apprenticeship and/or trade qualifications
Can demonstrate a high level of skill across multiple disciplines, such as mechanical, structural, and power plant tasks
