Mechanical Construction Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Construction Manager, based in Heathrow. The Mechanical Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, manage budgets, enforce construction safety protocols, and ensure project control measures are implemented. Responsibilities include supervising construction sites, planning night shifts, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Strong emphasis on LTHW, CHW, MCW,HWS and HVAC systems

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Construction expertise
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control
• Strong understanding of Construction Safety protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
• Relevant certifications and previous experience in a management role are advantageous
