Mechanical Project Manager - Kent - 80,000 - 85,000 + Package

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team for significant projects within the commercial sectors in Kent. With a diverse portfolio, our client is involved in a wide range of sectors, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial.

Duties

• Report to a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager
• Attend and represent the company at on-site meetings
• Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Review and approve technical submittals
• Coordinate and manage sub-contractors effectively
• Take responsibility for QA activities on electrical packages
• Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients

Requirements

• SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are essential
• Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor is preferred
• Proven experience in commercial projects, with a focus on the aviation or similar sectors
• Prior experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Stable employment history (minimum of three years in previous roles)
• Strong understanding of aviation or commercial project environments
