Bracknell-Based Covering M4 & M3 Corridor £60,000 £70,000 + Package
We re working with a growing and well-regarded M&E contractor that delivers high-quality mechanical and electrical projects across the commercial fit-out and refurbishment sectors. They re currently looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee works across sites located along the M4 and M3 corridor, ideally someone commutable to their Bracknell-based office.

The Role:

• Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion across multiple commercial projects
• Coordinate with in-house teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery is on time and within budget
• Oversee procurement, scheduling, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with design and site teams to ensure buildability and quality
• Ensure adherence to health & safety policies and best practices
• Report on project progress, risks, and financial performance to senior leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the commercial fit-out or refurbishment sector
• Comfortable managing multiple projects across a regional patch
• Ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and supply chain
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services
• SMSTS or equivalent health & safety certification preferred
• Based within commutable distance of Bracknell and open to travel across M4/M3 corridor
