Mechanical Project Manager
A well-established design and build engineering contractor seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager for commercial fit-out projects in Central London.
Role Overview
We are looking for a new Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector. Key responsibilities include programming, technical submittals, procurement, sub-contractor and labour management, cost control, progress reporting, health and safety, project and programme implementation, understanding design and drawings, technical and progress meetings, regular site inspections and snagging, and compilation of O&M manuals.

Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have suitable mechanical qualifications, whether time-served or academic, and a proven track record of technical and financial success. Experience in delivering projects up to 2 million and in commercial fit-out is essential. A commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality is also necessary.
Remuneration
