Role

We are looking with a very well established engineering contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join a scheme based in Canary Wharf where you will be overseeing riser replacements on a commercial scheme where you will be reporting into a Project Manager and Contracts Manager and overseeing sub - contractors, writing RFIs, Technical submittals and producing toolbox talks.

The company are well established M&E contractor who have been purchased by a massive construction group. They have been established for over 50 years and specialise in Data Centres & commercial projects, with the recent buy out of the company there is a large chance to grow and progress within the company.

Duties

• Overseeing sub - contractors
• RFIs & Technical Submittals
• RAMS & Toolbox talks
• Reporting into a Project Manager
• Overseeing chilled water replacements
• Working on a commercial scheme
• Client facing when necessary
• Making sure installation is compliant with health & safety
• Manage day to day duties on site
