Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 per annum + Comprehensive Package

Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a background in industrial and commercial projects? We are a large and well-established M&E contractor based in Birmingham, specializing in delivering high-quality industrial and commercial projects. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join our team and lead our on-site mechanical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee mechanical installations on industrial and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Coordinate and manage on-site teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to your team, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Ensure materials and resources are effectively managed and utilized on-site.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, with a strong background in industrial and commercial projects.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and installation practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Relevant mechanical qualifications are essential.
