My client, a boutique Beauty Packaging Manufacturer, based in Lymington is looking for a committed New Product Development Manager with experience of identifying gaps in the market, and working with factories to manage the production process.

The company is rapidly expanding and going from strength to strength, so are looking for a New Product Development to join their team.

The role will be mainly office based, so an enthusiasm for spending time with colleagues in the office is paramount.
Description
- Overseeing the development process for multiple products concurrently
- Monitoring and tracking projects, budgets and resource allocations
- Conducting competitor research
- Drafting clear briefs and liaising with important clients
- Fostering strong relationships, with effective communications, both inside & outside the company
- Liaising with production teams in the UK & Asia
- Managing the new product development process from end to end

The successful New Product Development manager will be able to demonstrate:
