Company:
15m Yorkshire based D&B contractor who specialise from full design to installation and ongoing facilities management / maintenance.
The Role:
You will mainly be site based in Manchester on a 5.5 (M&E) new build which is due to run until November this year.
You will be responsible for managing sub-contractor packages (A/C / Ductwork / Domestic Services / Drainage).
You will be responsible for all mechanical elements on site, liaising with the project manager/engineer and the principal contractor.
You will manage the program, ensure safe systems of work and document the progress of the job on the clients Q/A system.
The Person:
Previous experience of supervising commercial mechanical installations at site level. Non-working experience and supervision of trades is essential.
It is essential that you have basic computer skills and can use Microsoft.
The Salary:
- Hourly rate of up to 25 based on 40 hours a week inclusive of travel time.
