The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will lead the NPD team in the creation and development of products through the NPD process.

• Take ownership of the NPD process,
• Project management of NPD briefs from concept to launch,
• Develop strong relationships with customers to facilitate the successful development of new products and identify potential opportunities,
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product launches,
• Monitor and analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitor products to inform and drive innovation,
• Curate and present customer-tailored presentations.

Candidate

• Degree in food science or equivalent,
• Proven experience in food manufacturing,
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines,
• Experience in team management and leadership,
• A creative & strategic mindset, passionate about food innovation,
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
• A valid driving license.

Salary up to circa £60K DOE

On site but possibly working from home one day a week
