Your new companyHays are recruiting for a permanent Office Manager on an exclusive basis. This role is based in Manchester city centre and is fully office based. This role is for a year-long FTC. Your new roleYou will be responsible for full office coordination and management, you will meet and greet all external visitors, manage post, prepare meeting rooms, set up technology, order stationery and supplies, mange social events, process expenses, manage invoices, support projects, prepare and edit documents, facilities, set up project files, screen phone calls & enquires, and any other duties required via the wider business. What you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in a similar role, you will be proficient on Microsoft packages including excel, you will be technically strong, you will have excellent attention to detail, you will have a willingness to learn and be keen to take ownership and responsibility for the full running of the Manchester office. You will have be immediately available and able to start work at short notice. What you'll get in returnThis role is a permanent position at a reputable creative business paying up to £30,000, fully office based, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
