I am currently looking for an Operations Manager to cover the Cardiff, and you seem to fit the requirements.
The housing contractor that I am currently working with have some exciting up and coming projects and are an Operations Manager someone who will be solely responsible for the delivery of the contract. You will be working on the customer care and new build side.

The Operations Manager role is offering:

• 47,000 salary
• 4,500 car allowance
• Company pension

• 0.45p mileage
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:

• Create relationships with clients and customers and secure repeat business
• Take control of new build projects
• Follow procedures in line with company
• Make sure projects remain in line with budget
