An exciting opportunity to work for an award-winning Housing Association in Central London with occasional travel to Norfolk. The business is now looking for an experienced Operational Portfolio Manager to join their growing team on a fixed term basis (12-month), working to design and deliver the Programme governance including reporting, benefits tracking and more.

Description
- Maintain a view of overall programme progress (using leading and lagging indicators)
- Manage dependencies of varying complexity, planning and feeding into the larger programme and project portfolios
- Remove blockers and manage risks related to commercial performance, benefit tracking and any assigned programme budgets
- Balance objectives and make recommendations to redeploy people and resources as priorities change
- Be responsible for understanding, managing and communicating benefit realisation priorities to complex stakeholder groups across different workstreams
- Design and define the approach to benefits capture and tracking, working closely with the Finance Team
- Design, setup and run programme level governance
- Design and coordinate reporting for key governance forums
Profile
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position working on a variety of multi-dimensional programmes delivering transformation projects
- Demonstratable and extensive experience in effective use of benefits management techniques
- Experience of managing senior stakeholders
Job Offer
- Salary of up to £74,000
- Hybrid and flexible working options (with occasional travel to the London offices)
