EXHIBITION OPERATIONS MANAGER
We are looking for an organised and proactive Exhibition Operations Manager with previous experience in the operational delivery of large-scale exhibitions to grow with MA Exhibitions, part of the Mark Allen Group.
We offer continuous learning and development, hybrid working, and a salary of up to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple events: Manage the operational delivery of various-sized exhibitions simultaneously.
- Budget guru: Oversee event budgets, forecast future needs, and report to the Operations Director.
- Supplier maestro: Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and nurture relationships with venues and key contractors.
- Logistics extraordinaire: Order all exhibition services - from catering to security - ensuring flawless execution.
- Communication hub: Connect event teams, sales, marketing, and other departments to guarantee complete information flow.
- Technical: Produce exhibitor manuals and communicate vital technical details timely and accurately.
- Delivery champion: Guarantee sponsorships and exhibitor packages meet expectations.
- Floorplan architect: Design and manage floorplans using EFD, adhering to venue rules and safety parameters.
- Project maestro: Lead the design, build, and delivery of captivating show features.
- Calm under pressure: Respond swiftly and calmly to pre-event and onsite requests from exhibitors, contractors, and sponsors.
- Safety first: Manage health and safety concerns, compile event safety files and adhere to risk assessments.
- Post-show analysis: Analyze past events and implement insights for continuous improvement.
- Support champion: Assist the Operations Director with administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
- Travel: Navigate the globe to arrange staff hotel accommodations within budget.
- Show floor pro: Be actively involved in the build-up, open days, and breakdown of exhibitions.
