Salary: £70,000 - £80,000
Location: London/Hybrid
You will be working with a super well known eCommerce Powerhouse to improving their website conversion across Europe. This role sits within their well establisted Data & Insights team working on one of their key core clients, who actually own the agency. You will also get the opportunity to work on other clients and to help pitch for new clients too however, the main focus of this role is owing the CRO strategy and roadmap for their core clients.
You will be working closely with our team of UX designers, Front End developers, to help their clients achieve their goals, making you the central point of contact for driving changes. You'll play a crucial role in guiding your clients towards success, which involves taking a hands-on approach to both strategy and its implementation. You'll be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative CRO research projects, planning and prioritising test hypotheses, setting up and managing experiments, and reporting on results.
Skills required:
- Understanding of conversion rate optimisation from ideating to running A/B and MVT testing using tools like Optimizely, VWO.
- Experience with Google Analytics and heatmapping tools like Hotjar, Content Square.
- Collaborate with UX Designers and Front End Developers to create effective solutions for E-commerce websites.
- Develop testing strategies using conversion research and prioritization to drive growth and build a culture of experimentation.
- Knowledge of design such as Figma would help in this role as well as Google Tag Manager.
