Our client is a non-profit organisation working with people to support their health and wellbeing. Established for over 30 years, they have provided services alongside a variety of statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) colleagues in Surrey and its boarders. They are currently looking for an experienced Part TimeAdministrator to work within the Recovery and Connect team. - Revise, maintain and update filing system
- Answer and respond to initial enquiries
- Maintain holiday records and other internal systems
- Support with uploading and processing referral information and uploading assessments
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain and update project resources
- Co-ordination of staff / volunteers training and support with induction
- Co-ordinate and attend staff meetings, staff support groups and service meetings
- Assist with GDPR compliance throughout the service
- Previous administration / support experience
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and some experience with PowerPoint
- Able to work adhere to processes whilst prioritising and managing own workload
- Caring and empathic nature
