Payroll Test Manager - Outside IR35 - Fully Remote - Long Term
I am working with a client who is embarking on a large-scale multi-phase payroll migration programme and are looking to bring on board a Testing manager to support them with the creating of the Test Strategy/Approach.
Duration: 9 -12 months
Rate: 550- 600 per day Outside IR35
Fully Remote
Ideal candidate will be experienced in the following:
-Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, industry standards, and tools
-Solid functional test experience across system, system integration, end-to-end and user acceptance testing
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders and third parties
-Experienced in Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
-Ability to mentor and support less experienced test resources
-Ability to work autonomously
-Pro-active and able to work with parallel business and project teams
-Experience of managing QA / Testing for enterprise system implementations and migrations (Oracle / SAP / MS Dynamics 365) and preferably in the HR / payroll systems space (Workday / Oracle HCM / SAP SuccesFactors / MHR iTrent)
