The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced People Business Partner to join Quantexa's dynamic Business Partnering and People & Talent teams. You will be managing all aspects of the people agenda for our Commercial teams (comprising the Quantexa Customer Office (QCO) and our Sales teams), whilst working closely with the wider Quantexa People team across our 3 regions: EMEA, APAC and NA.
You'll be in your element working in a fast-paced, customer and people first culture, where you can make a real impact on the lives of our colleagues and the future of Quantexa's Commercial functions.
You'll need to be hands-on with a breadth and depth of HR and Business Partnering experience. We're looking for candidates who are willing to think outside of the confines of a traditional HR remit and deliver value-add people focused solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Partner with our Sales and QCO management teams, and be the key point of contact for all people topics for our collective Commercial Teams,
- Advise and drive focus on critical people activities such as review cycles, compensation and sales incentive plans, performance management and engagement,
- Work with the wider People team on strategic projects, implementing solutions that really work and help our talent deliver their very best,
- Find imaginative solutions and be a people champion who can balance the business and people agendas,
- Provide insightful data and support for the Talent, Employee Experience, L&D and People Operations teams, and work in partnership with them to roll out our people agenda for your business 'customers',
- Take a proactive approach to employee relations, reviewing data and spotting any employee relations trends, recommending solutions, and coaching line managers to take action and tackle problems before they grow.
What you'll bring
- Educated to at least a degree level and CIPD qualified, or equivalent
- A proven track record of working as a true Business Partner in innovative workplaces, where your work has delivered business impact,
- Experience working with Sales functions, defining financial incentive plans, would be a significant benefit,
- Experience with business transformation/change management with a track record of managing the people workstream,
- Ability to be flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving results-orientated environment,
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work on own initiative and offer new ideas,
- Strong team working skills and a desire to be part of and contribute to the success of a fast-growing organization,
- Personal commitment to improving one's own knowledge and sharing best practice with colleagues.
