Our client, a leading firm in the Civil Engineering industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Permanent Planner to join their dynamic team in Castleford, Yorkshire and the Humber.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
• Analyze project progress and prepare reports for management.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring optimal team efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to align planning with project design and construction activities.
• Ability to use master programme and labour resource chart

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in planning within the Civil Engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in planning software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant degree or certification in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred.

Salary:

• Between £40k - £60k (D.O.E)
• Company Car/Car Allowance is negotiable
