We're on the hunt for an experienced, Polish speaking individual to join a fabulous company, on a full or part time basis, as their Construction Project Manager.
The Luxury Kitchen & Bathroom Construction Project Manager will manage high-end installation projects for HNW clients. Your impeccable communication skills (Polish and English), extensive experience in delivering construction projects and ability to deliver on time and on budget will ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients at all times.

Key responsibilities as the Polish & English speaking Luxury Kitchen & Bathroom Construction Project Manager will include:
- Working closely with the Design Team supporting them with technical knowledge and expertise
- Attending site visits to take detailed dimensions and checking all plumbing, electrics and structures to provide accurate and detailed building works costs
- Preparing quotes and costs for the building works for every full installation project
- Preparing detailed works schedule plans for every project, updating weekly
- Attending client meetings and managing relations with the client throughout the project
- Maintaining accurate notes from meetings to ensure all information, decisions and changes are recorded and shared
- Leading installation projects (from commencement to completion), ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality standards and client satisfaction
- Managing supply chains and deliveries of all building materials, finishes and fittings to the sites
- Interpreting and reporting all technical information to colleagues
- Hiring and managing on-site / subcontracting teams
- Managing H&S on every site
- Producing method statements and conducting regular risk assessments
- Producing regular reports
- Keeping photographic records from every project

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in similar high end construction project management roles including site management and team supervision
- Experience liaising with High Net Worth clients
- Fluent Polish and English language skills
- Experienced in producing quotations and budget reports
- Demonstrable experience in managing projects on time and budget
- Knowledge and experience of building regulations, site H&S, method statements and risk assessments
- Ability to maintain records and produce detailed reports
- IT literate (including MS 365) with the ability to quickly and efficiently learn new systems
- Proficiency using SketchUP, AutoCAD and Enscape is highly advantageous
- Full, clean driving licence
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to network and build successful business relationships
