Our client is a prestigious and acclaimed national building envelope contractor, recognized for their expertise in fire-rated cladding, glazing, rendering, and facades across a diverse range of sectors. Their focus lies in delivering exceptional services, ranging from upgrading existing buildings to handling complex multi-facade new build projects.

They are now seeking to recruit a Pre-Construction Manager to join their business.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Overseeing pre-construction process and procedure.
• Ownership of the tender decision process.
• Production of monthly management reports.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Analysis and benchmarking of pre-qualification and tender success rates and client feedback
• Overall responsibility for successful preparation and submission of bids
