This company have an immediate requirement for a Pre-Construction Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the London construction market. This role also offers a genuine opportunity to progress to Senior Level as the company continues with its extensive growth. Responsibilities:
- Bid management
- Experience in planning and will need to deal with pre-construction methodologies
- PQQ completions
- Assist with upcoming tenders, pre-construction documentation, and getting projects off the ground in Enabling Works stages etc.
- Increase brand awareness and raise the company's profile in the UK based market-place
- Responsible for bringing in new tender opportunities - existing and new clients
- Responsible for client care / customer satisfaction and reviews
- The ideal candidate will have excellent connections and contacts in the industry in London
