I am looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to work in the Maybush area. The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.
Role: Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Maybush
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £55,000- £65,000 per year, plus a package

Duties will include:
- Manage the Pre-award development phase of the project
- Interface between the Client the Design Team to define and agree the project scope
- Interface with the Project Team to progress all outputs required to complete the pre delivery contract
- Attend and Chair Workshops and forums
- Prepare presentations to provide reporting and updates
- Attend progress meetings
- Work with the Planning Team to develop programmes, undertake weekly reviews reporting any changes or delays
- Work with the Commercial Team to forecast budgets
Skills Required:
- Experience working within the Water industry is essential
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in a related Engineering subject or HND in related Engineering and vocational training in Engineering.
- Suitable experience
- Understanding of Engineering Principles
- Knowledge and understanding of construction forms of contract through experience and formal training.
- Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
- Relevant CSCS Card
- Training in Health & Safety and Environmental management
Skills Desirable:
- Ambitious and dynamic personality
- Strong leadership and a commitment for delivering excellence
- Positive, "can do" approach who can work effectively as part of a team
- Degree Engineering or equivalent HND/ HNC
