An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Preconstruction Manager to take the lead in bid and tender processes for high-end fit-out projects in London.

A Preconstruction Manager Will Be:

• A Preconstruction Manager will be leading the preparation, submission, and negotiation of bids for luxury fit-out projects.
• A Preconstruction Manager will be acting as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• A Preconstruction Manager will be developing competitive bid strategies and ensuring high-quality, compelling proposals.
• A Preconstruction Manager will be overseeing the transition from preconstruction to project execution, ensuring alignment.
• A Preconstruction Manager will be identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.

A Preconstruction Manager Must Have:

• A Preconstruction Manager must have proven experience in bid/tender management, ideally within the luxury fit-out or high-end construction sector.
• A Preconstruction Manager must have strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate contracts and influence key decisions.
• A Preconstruction Manager must have excellent relationship-building skills with a confident and strategic approach.
• A Preconstruction Manager must have a solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, and procurement strategies.
