Procurement Manager - Business Services & Travel

Our client, a leading global consultancy and big four member are looking for a procurement manager to come and join their team.

You will lead end to end procurement across the business services and travel category. This is a diverse category includes such as travel, events, hotels, fleet, insurance and company card.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiation of robust contracts with limited legal counsel input
• Support the ongoing development of best practice procurement processes, including incorporating supply chain Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations;
• Acting as a trusted business advisor to functional leaders and service owners
• Working closely with internal stakeholders to build appropriate and effective relationships with suppliers
• Supporting key sourcing activity for elements of the BS&T commodity areas ensuring that these are aligned to the business objectives.
• Supply chain management

You Should Apply if you Have:

• Fully qualified or part-qualified MCIPS qualification
• Source-to-pay (S2P) experience
• Well-developed commercial and technical expertise in the area of sourcing
• A track record of contract preparation and due diligence
• A track record of providing support in sourcing projects
• Ability to identify and address risk management issues
• Coupa experience, or similar S2P systems
• Strong relationships skills with the ability to build relationships that are genuine and built on trust
• Ability to lead yourself and influence others
• Robust communication skills
